I am a Pharmacist and Entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Aesthetic industries. Since 2009, I’ve led diverse projects as an Operations and Project Director, with a strong focus on business growth, strategic planning, and team leadership.
Since 2017, I’ve managed multiple aesthetic clinics across Pakistan, driving growth through innovative strategies. In 2020, I founded MEDSKLS, a premium training platform that equips doctors and aestheticians with practical skills to grow their businesses.
My academic background includes a Pharm.D, M.Phil. in Pharmaceutics, and an Executive MBA giving me a unique blend of technical expertise and business insight. I stay actively involved in ventures like MEDSKLS, Lipo Clinic, and Shaafi International Hospital to stay connected with the latest industry trends and foster collaboration.
Professor Dr. Muhammad Zaman Ashraf is a renowned academic and medicinal chemistry expert with over 16 years of experience in drug development and research. He currently serves as Professor and Head of the Chemistry Department at Rawalpindi Women University, where he also chairs several academic committees and plays an active role in institutional leadership.
With over 105 research publications and more than PKR 3 million in research grants, he has significantly contributed to the field through publications, symposia, and international speaking engagements. He has supervised 6 PhD and over 40 MPhil scholars, reflecting his commitment to academic mentorship.
His administrative roles include technical evaluations, research oversight, and examination supervision across institutions. Dr. Zaman Ashraf holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and has completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship under the Brain Korea-21 program, specializing in drug development and medicinal chemistry applications.
Zeeshan Rafique is a qualified pharmacist who has passionately pursued the science and art of cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulation since earning his degree in 2009. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Zeeshan has carved a niche for himself in the development, stabilization, and innovation of dermatological and cosmetic products.
Throughout his career, he has successfully formulated and stabilized hundreds of products including serums, creams, ointments, gels, and targeted treatment-based cosmetics. His work spans a wide range of therapeutic and aesthetic categories, reflecting not just technical expertise but a deep understanding of skin physiology and patient-specific needs.
What sets Zeeshan apart is his unique philosophy toward formulation: he believes that it is more than just a scientific process—it is a delicate blend of chemistry, creativity, and care. For him, each formulation must not only meet clinical and regulatory benchmarks but also resonate with the culture, climate, and lifestyle of the community it serves. He advocates for personalized, purposeful skincare—products that are both stable and effective, and that deliver real, lasting results.
Now serving as the lead formulation scientist for Skin & Soul and MEDSKLS Apothecary, Zeeshan brings his wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality to every product developed. His goal is to ensure that every formulation reflects a high standard of scientific integrity, skin compatibility, and visible transformation—redefining how skincare is designed and delivered in Pakistan and beyond.
Dr. Muhammad Amer Saleem is a seasoned dermatologist and skin health expert with over 10 years of clinical and academic experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and skin research. He currently serves as Consultant Dermatologist at Prestige Aesthetics, where he leads the dermatology division with a focus on personalized treatment protocols, research-based skin care, and patient-centered practice.
With more than 15 research publications in national and international medical journals, Dr. Amer has actively contributed to dermatological science. His work covers a wide range of topics, including acne-related psychological health, pigmentation disorders, microneedling, PRP therapy, and the dermatological impact of COVID-19. His research has been recognized and awarded at global platforms such as Dubai Derma 2019, where he secured top honors for his original contributions.
Dr. Amer has held roles in both clinical practice and healthcare leadership. His diverse experience spans top medical institutions in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, including Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi, Shifa International Hospital Islamabad, and Wahat Al Shifa Medical Center Madinah. He has performed numerous aesthetic procedures with precision, including chemical peels, PRP, microneedling, UVB therapy, and advanced dermatological surgeries.
His academic achievements include an FCPS in Dermatology, MRCP (UK), and multiple certifications in dermatological research and procedural training. In addition to his clinical role, Dr. Amer has participated in workshops on hair transplant techniques, fat grafting, and immunohistochemistry, enhancing his skill set to meet modern aesthetic and medical dermatology demands.
